Just a nice choice for a brief retreat in Honolulu with value for price. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the stay more enjoyable.

You're just a hop, skip, and a jump from delicious food trucks, and the vibes near the beach are on point. Plus, I scored a sweet kitchenette in my room, perfect for whipping up a midnight snack after a day of island adventures.
But hold up, the room was a bit cramped and had that old-school feel. Tried switching rooms because mine was filthy, but must admit, it still shimmered thanks to the bustling neighborhood outside. Could have been better, though.

Had a great time with friends! We loved the convenient location, just a short walk from the beach. We enjoyed a fantastic day out surfing with lessons from Hans Hedemann Surf School, and the oversized rooftop sundeck was perfect for lounging around afterward. Wi-fi was solid, and there were lots of dining options close by.
The only downside was the tricky parking situation. We had to check in early to snag a spot, which can be a hassle if you're not planning ahead.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious with a kitchenette, which made it super convenient for our family. The private balcony was perfect for enjoying morning coffee while the kids played. The location was fantastic, just a short stroll to the beach and dining options.
The noise from the street could be a bit disruptive at times.

would love to go back
Room was comfy with a kitchenette, fridge, and microwave. The private balcony was great for morning coffee. Location is convenient, just a short walk to the beach. Best part? The rooftop terrace had awesome views for sunsets. Parking was easy too. Perfect for beach days with towels available for guests.

missingWrote a review on Sept 09convenient locationkitchenette accessintrusive noise
The location scores high with easy access to the beach and a variety of shops and restaurants nearby. Having a kitchenette offers convenience, even if the cooking equipment is not fully reliable.
Noise levels can be intrusive, especially with outside music and occasional late-night partying from neighboring rooms disrupting sleep. The advertised room layout didn't match reality. a so-called 'two-bedroom suite' was actually a three-bedroom space lacking a living area or inviting family gathering spot. Additionally, the kitchenette's two-burner stove was finicky—one burner barely heated while the other struggled to boil water, making cooking challenging.

Pleasant hotel, friendly staff, and I loved the convenient location to explore nearby attractions like the beach and local eateries during my stay.
Elevator was out of service, which was inconvenient.

The location is killer—just a hop to the beach with food trucks galore! The kitchenette was a solid bonus for whipping up breakfast before beach days.
Our 'king' bed was two twins zip-tied together, which was a bit janky. Totally needs a renovation—old facilities and noisy neighbors.

It was just a prime choice for a stopover in Honolulu with excellent value for money. The supervisor Evan gave me an upgrade with a lanai which was a nice surprise. Make sure to ask about room upgrades at check-in.

The Ewa Waikiki offers a great location just a few minutes from the beach and friendly, helpful staff. However, the rooms are quite dated, and cleanliness could be improved, as I noticed some unwanted guests and a musky smell during my visit.

For a budget-friendly stay, it's hard to beat the spacious two-bedroom suite. Plus, a washing machine on-site was super handy! I was worried to find some bugs, but given the location and setup, I'd still recommend it!
Felt to be welcomed, no complaints whatsoever.
